I disabled 6 Apple Watch features for battery life, and only the obvious one mattered

I've got an older Series 7 Apple Watch, and I noticed it just didn't seem to stay charged as long as it used to. When I opened up the Battery Health Setting on the watch itself, I got some bad news. "Important Battery Message," it said. "The battery's capacity is significantly reduced. To restore capacity, please check your service options."
