Excel's SEQUENCE function made me realize I'd been wasting time manually filling date columns

We mostly use the fill handle or auto-fill options for date columns, and sure, they work. But once you need hundreds of rows, weekly intervals, or dates that have to shift when your data changes, dragging cells stops being practical. SEQUENCE handles all of this with one formula. It generates an entire dynamic column of dates — consecutive, weekly, monthly, whatever the project calls for — and updates itself if you change the start date or step value.
