Microsoft is finally fixing the "white flash" issue plaguing Windows users

If you're a Dark Mode fan, you likely know the frustration of being suddenly blasted by a blinding white background. Microsoft has been fighting this issue for a long time now, and on March 6, it announced a new round of fixes for the Dev and Beta Windows Insider Preview Builds.
