I have three young children. As a result, my precious offspring often bring home viruses that spread rampantly throughout my family. One line of defense is making sure our phone screens—which can host far more bacteria than a toilet seat—are properly cleaned. So in the past, I would use alcohol wipes to kill any and all pathogens from my phone's display, thinking I was protecting myself from the virus of the day that my kids brought home from school.
