I’ve Finally Found the Best Photo Editing App, and It's Only $5

I only edit photos on my phone, so I've tried lots of free photo editing apps. This got annoying because I had to switch between apps to apply different effects. Now, I’ve found a $5 photo editing app that can do almost anything.
