Facebook is making good on its promise to make Messenger a whole lot more useful with its first airline integration, allowing KLM passengers to access a range of functionality without ever leaving the chat app. From today, you can access boarding passes, get check-in reminders, flight status updates and ask customer service queries right from within Messenger – it is a gradual rollout though, so it might not be available for you right now. To set yourself up for the service, you just need to access your booking or check-in on KLM.com in a browser that you’ve used to log into Messenger…
